How to Delete Your Account

If you choose to remove your account, please be aware that:

• eSIM Deactivation: Any eSIM profiles associated with your account will be permanently deactivated and cannot be recovered.
• Credits: Any remaining credits will be void and are non-refundable once the account is removed.
• Data Deletion: All personal data, preferences, and history associated with your account will be permanently deleted from our system.

1. Log in to your account via our app or website.
2. Navigate to the Account Settings section under your profile.
3. Select the Delete Account option.

Please note, once you remove your account, this action cannot be undone.
